Delivery
Most goods are sent as packages by the Swedish post or Schenker/ GLS. In these cases you will be notified by the freight company and can pick up your package in your home town. Orders with limited weight are sent as mail in envelopes and are normally delivered directly to your mailbox.

Freight cost is presented in the webshop before you accept your order.
Normal delivery time is between 2 and 11 days for goods which is in stock. Would there be any delays you will be notified by us via email. In case of a delay caused by Tablas you may cancel your order.
Tablas reserves the right to be excluded from any compensation to the customer due to delivery delays.

Payment
Payment in Tablas webshop is conducted easily and safely through Payson, a secure payment solution. Payson is PCI certified by Trustware, an international organization for secure e-trade. All traffic is encrypted through SSL 128 bits. All card transactions are done with the banks 3D secure technique.
Payson started in Sweden in 2003 and has grown to be synonymous with secure internet transactions. Payson cooperates with VISA and Master Card, and is used by more than half a million persons in Sweden. Read more about Payson on www.payson.se
For orders placed through order@tablas.se, Tablas will confirm the order, total price including freight, approximate delivery time as well as payment details via email. Payments from within Sweden are done to our Bankgiro 5855-7562. International payments are done through a bank transaction.
It takes 2-3 days for your payment to be registered. Your order will be sent as soon as the payment is received. Please, state your order number as reference when paying.
Warranty
Tablas sells all its products with warranty according to the Swedish consumer purchase law (konsumentköplagen). This warranty regards fabrication defects. Your warranty certificate is the order confirmation which is emailed to you as well as attached to the delivery.
Tablas must be contacted before returning any product.
Withdrawal
According to the Swedish distance purchase law (distans- och hemköpslagen), Swedish consumers have a right to withdraw the purchase within 14 days and retrieve the sum paid for the product. A withdrawal requires the product to be in the same condition as when you got it, i.e. never used, intact and undamaged, and in a state making it sellable to another customer without a price deduction. Returned products which don’t fulfil these criteria will be returned to the customer, who will be charged for the related delivery costs. The above withdrawal right includes consumers, but not companies. Tablas must be contacted before returning any product.
Personal information
When ordering from Tablas you enter your personal details, such as address and phone number. When registering your order you approve to Tablas saving and using this information in the business to be able to complete the commitment towards you. Communication via e-mail is also documented in order to provide the service you expect.
Tablas will not forward any of your personal information to a 3rd party.
Force Majeure
Tablas can not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the agreement as set out above, to the extent that delay or failure is caused by causes beyond its control (Force Majeure Conditions), including, but not limited to, fire, flood, explosion, war, strike, embargo, government requirement, civil or military authority, act of omission of carriers, sabotage, accident of significant size or other similar causes.
